<p>PURPOSE:To enable the detection of intermusic with high accuracy to be conducted regardless of recording modes by couting the control signal in the non change part of an audio signal and judging to be intermusic when a count value becomes a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 4 generates a CTL signal from the control signal reproduced by an audio control erase head 3. The audio signal reproduced by the head 3 is processed by a normal audio circuit 5, a blank is detected in a sound presence or absence discimination circuit 6 and a mute detection signal is generated. A microcomputer 8 judges to be intermusic when the mute detection signal is generated and a prescribed number of CTL signals is inputted, controls a capstan motor 7 by a motor control signal and searches a detection location. Therefore, intermusic can be detected with high accuracy regardless of the recording modes of a video tape.</p> |
