PURPOSE:To restrain the appearance of floating inductance, and prevent the occurrence of electromagnetic hindrance and inverter element breakdown by forming the terminal sections of both plates to constitute the parallel capacity of a matching circuit laid between an inverter circuit and exciting coil circuit, in such a way as staggered from and not faced to each other. CONSTITUTION:The copper plates 103A and 103B of a capacitor to constitute the parallel capacity of a matching circuit are clamped between aluminum sheets 102A and 102B having an exciting coil 101 at the ends thereof, and a dielectric film 105a is also clamped between both of the plates 103A and 103B. Projections 104A and 104B formed on both plates 103A and 103B at such a position as opposite to the coil 101 and in such a way as staggered from each other, are soldered to terminal patterns 111 and 112 on a printed circuit board 110. Also, this circuit board 110 is provided with a capacitor or the like related to the serial capacity of a field effect transistor and a matching circuit to constitute the switching element of an inverter circuit. According to this construction, the terminal sections of circuits are not faced to each other and the length of connection wiring can be reduced, thereby restraining the appearance of floating inductance and the occurrence of electromagnetic hindrance and inverter element breakdown. |
