An optically active carboxamide derivative represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or halogen; R2 represents halogen; R3 represents pyrrolidino or piperidino; Y represents methylene or carbonyl; and n represents 1 or 2. The compound has an execellent analgesic effect, thus being useful as an analgesic.
