The vehicle has a body (1) with a seat unit (25,29). The body may be pivoted between an access position and a driving position, towards front and rear of the vehicle chassis. The front part (11) of the body is suitable for getting in and out, and it may have an access opening, e.g. a transparent door. The seat unit is located, so that it is in the correct position when in travelling mode. There is a luggage space (27) behind the seat unit, which also functions as rear impact protection. The vehicle section in front of the seat unit is for front impact protection. The body is pivoted between positions by a manually operated hydraulic or pneumatic device. The vehicle drive system consists of electric motor and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle has good aerodynamics. Passengers can get into vehicle while upright.
