PURPOSE:To remove easily a factor generating creases, by a method wherein tension is kept applied to a transfer film beforehand during a mold clamping process with a protrusion and recessed part corresponding to the protrusion provided on a mold. CONSTITUTION:A mold for in-mold molding is constituted so that a protrusion 3 is provided on the outer circumference of a product part of a parting surface 6 of the mold. When the mold is clamped, a transfer film 7 is fixed by applying tension to the same by amount of a height of the protrusion 3 with the protrusion 3 and a recessed part 4. Then when molten resin is injected, the transfer film 7 is extended beautifully along the product part 5 of the mold and stuck close to a molded product. Since the transfer film 7 is under a state where the tension is applied beforehand to the film 7 and extended, it does not happen that creases are generated due to generation of surplus elongation or slackening on the transfer film 7. Even in the case where a slide core is used, pulling-in of the transfer film 7 occurring at its actuating process can de prevented. |
