PURPOSE:To improve workability by installing a chemical preparation apparatus having a liq. suction part and a liq. delivery part at the bottoms of two or more liq. vessels, delivering through the delivery part a liq. chemical sucked at the suction part, and mixing and stirring the chemical by circulating it in the liq. vessel. CONSTITUTION:Liq.B is prepd. by supplying a specified amt. of water through a supply pipe 7 to a liq. B preparation vessel 23, adding a specified amt. of a hardening agent to the water under stirring by liq. circulation with a stirring apparatus 4, and thereby dissoving the agent in the water. Liq.B is transferred with a transfer apparatus 3 to a liq.B storage vessel 24 where liq.B is stored. Liq.B from the storage vessel 24 and water are supplied to a liq.B preparation vessel 25 and by liq. circulation under stirring, and the resulting mixture is transferred to a liq.B storage vessel 26. Then, liq.B contg. the hardening agent is injected from the delivery pipe 28 through a chemical-switching apparatus 6. On the other hand, liq.A is prepd. by supplying Na2SiO3 through a supply pipe 8 to a liq.A preparation vessel, supplying water, and stirring by liq. circulation, and is transferred to a liq.A storage vessel 22. Then, liq.A contg. water glass is injected from the delivery pipe 28 through the chemical switching apparatus 6. |
