PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam machine where the positional control of a laser beam head can be executed, and the quality and reliability is high. CONSTITUTION:The position of the machining line 46 of a work 41 is obtained by the reflected laser beam of the laser beam 48 emitted by a laser beam displacement gage 45. This position is obtained based on the signals of a driving part of the laser beam displacement gage and an encoder 47 when the reflected laser beam is interrupted, and the signals of a laser unit driving part and an encoder 44. These positional signals allow the laser head driving part and an encoder 43 to adjust the position of the laser beam head 39 and to execute the automatic copy machining. |
