PURPOSE:To obtain moldings with uniform wall thickness having no yarn disorder by the use of laminating jigs in the form of developing the aimed final columnar shape near the plane at a predetermined angle or below from the plane, and subjecting prepreg to lamination-molding. CONSTITUTION:By flexing a prepreg laminated body 4 consisting of reinforced fiber impregnated with resin for use in advanced composite materials, one or more flexure parts are formed on the cross-sectional surface. A columnar member having curvature in a longitudinal direction is molded by drape molding. In this instance, laminating jigs are utilized which are in the form of developing the aimed final columnar shape near the plane at a slope angle of 40 deg. or below, preferably, 20 deg. or below from the plane. After laminating the prepreg thereon, molding is performed. At the time of molding drapes, it is preferable that a rigid sheet material 6 is bonded on the innermost layer in the flexural part of the laminated body, or thermoplastic resin sheet is employed as the sheet material 6. |
