PURPOSE:To improve the appearance of an automobile wheel by solving such an inconsistent situation where appearance goes down with the amelioration of transparency of a clear coating in a fundamental manner. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of an automobile wheel 1 consisting of a die-formed metal material, and formed with a clear coating on a design surface 2 made up into brighteningness, peripheral surface 24a, 24b of buffs 23a and 23b are made to contact with the design surface 2 as supplying an abrasive fluid added with abrasive grains, making this surface bright in a mirror finishing process. |
