PURPOSE:To facilitate washing of eggs and inhibit the growth of bacteria after washing by making up an egg-breaking mechanism attached to a drive mechanism of an egg-breaker for breaking a hen's egg and taking out the yolk and the egg white while saving the constituting members. CONSTITUTION:Among components constituting an egg-breaking mechanism, i.e., an egg presser 1, an egg holder 2, a knife 3, a cup 4, a base plate 5 to which the above-mentioned units are set and a fixture member 6 for attaching the base plate 5 to a drive mechanism, at least the head part 11 of the egg presser 1, the egg holder 2, the knife body 31 and the support plate 35 except the handle bar and the cup supporter 41 are monolithically formed using stainless steel according to the precision casting method. Thereby, the number of the components can be reduced and the structure is simplified. |
