Each blank of the assembly is provided with heat resistant glue to provide for the bonding of the foldable sections of the blank together. The blanks may be used for one way mailing or may be provided with a business reply region for two way mailing. An in-line postcard imaging system is used to image, separate, fold and seal the postcards in a single continuous manner.
