PURPOSE:To obtain Mn-Zn ferrite, which is markedly low in a power loss at a high frequency region and is low in cost. CONSTITUTION:51.5 to 54.5mol% of an Fe2O3, 33 to 40mol% of an MnO and 6 to 13mol% of an ZnO are composed as the basic component of manganese-zinc ferrite. The manganese-zinc ferrite is manufactured into a constitution, wherein oxides of Si, Ca, Ta, Ti and Sn are respectively contained compositely in this basic component as 0.005 to 0.035wt.% of an SiO2, 0.01 to 0.25wt.% of a CaO, 0.001 to 0.055wt.% of a Ta2O5, 0.05 to 0.65wt.% of a TiO2 and 0.005 to 0.50wt.% of an SnO2 expressed in terms of the SiO2, CaO, Ta2O5, TiO2 and SnO2. |
