CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a means which navigates among plural hierarchically arranged panels, means which customizes one or plural hierarchically arranged panels 100-130 so as to be suited to a specific environment, and means which stores the customized panels so as to be used at the time of performing access to information in a data base and displaying it. The information in the data base can be displayed by using the plural hierarchically arranged panels 100-130.
