Device for axially holding a component on an elongate cylindrical element (1) comprising: - a tubular body forming a sleeve (5), the internal surface (6) of which is tapered over a part (7) of its length; - a ring (9) including a radial slit which, at rest, has an internal diameter slightly greater than the external diameter of the elongate element (1), and - a plurality of elongate tabs (13) located longitudinally inside the body (5) and in contact with the elongate element (1), the tabs being arranged with a uniform angular distribution and bearing, in proximity of one of their ends (16), on the external surface (11) of the ring, each tab (13) including an internal face (14) for bearing against the elongate element (1), and an external face (15) which is inclined with respect to the axis of the tube (1). <IMAGE> |
