PURPOSE:To easily and accurately perform the positioning of a coordinate input device with simple and inexpensive structure in an information input/ output device in which transparent coordinate input devices as an input device are arranged in on a display device as an output device. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal module 18 is comprised by layering a liquid crystal panel 7 and a liquid crystal substrate 16 on which a driving circuit for the liquid crystal panel is packaged, and holding them integrally with a metallic frame 14. Plural projections 14c to perform the positioning of the coordinate input device 30 are formed integrally on the metallic frame 14. The device 30 can be quite easily and accurately positioned by engaging the coordinate input device 30 with the inside of the projections 14c.
