PURPOSE:To make it possible to build up a tray with partition by bending of sheet material by providing folding lines and cuts on the piece of sheet. CONSTITUTION:On a sheet material A, edge cuts 9, 9, a central cut 10, slits 11, 11, a slit 13, notches 12, 16 - 18 and cut 15 to form a sealing form are provided. While making central partition forming parts 8, 8 at both ends of the sheet A mutually approach, an outer wall forming fold line (a), a bottom forming fold line (b) and a partition forming fold line (c) are respectively bent at a right angle. Confronting outer walls 2, 3 and partitions 4, 4 are respectively stood by themselves by a standing fold line (d), and mutually interfere with central partition forming parts 8, 8, however by the provided notches 12, 16 - 18, a desired tray B for which a central partition C with a cross shape is integrally formed is built up by an almost one-touch process when respective fold lines (a) - (c) have been bent at a perfectly right angle. Since notched parts D are formed at four spots on the outer walls of the tray, when sealing pieces 14 provided on bottom forming parts 7, 7 are bent and stood along the fold line (b) at a right angle, these sealing pieces 14 are fitted in the notched parts D. |
