The method compares three data of the input data (a-e), for outputting the maximum decision data (A1,B1,C1),... (A10,B10,C10), for adding the input data (A1+A2+A3+A4+A5+A6), (B1+B2+B3+A7+A8+A9), (C1+B4+B5+B7+B8+A10), (C2+C4+B6+C7+B9+B10), (C3+C5+C5+C8+C9+C10), for finding the median data in the (a.A + b.B + c.C + d.D + e.E). The circuit includes max-gates (10-19) for ouputting the maximum decision data, adders (20-24) for adding the input data, AND gates (AD11-AD15) for finding the median data (A-E), multipliers (40-44) and adders (50-53) for outputting the median data (A-E). This method enables the real-time processing of the digital image and moving sianal.
