<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dusting within a case and correspond to various thicknesses and sizes and obtain a base board holder case excellent in washing and drying characteristics, by providing a fixed part having such a structure that opposite protrusions made as a unit at the upper and lower covers are shielded with caps. CONSTITUTION:A case body 1 is composed of an upper cover 2 and a lower cover 3 and these are fastened by clip 4 bands. A base board 5 of a photomask or the like is held and fixed at both sides of the base board 5 in the condition that protrusions 6 unified with the upper cover 2 and the lower cover 3 as a unit are covered with caps 7 from the upside. The base board 5 is held and fixed at both sides thereof at the four corners of the contained base board. The size of the protrusion 6 and the cap 7 can be selected in accordance with the thickness of the base board. It is favorable for the quality of the case to use such a material as low dusting, good washing and drying characteristics, possibility of reuse, and electric-conductive resin. And also it is favorable for the quality of the cap to use such a material as low dusting and well resin- cushion.</p> |
