PURPOSE:To provide a roll for a heat treatment furnace particularly excellent in high temp. peeling resistance, high temp. wear resistance and prevention of build-up as the roll useful for annealing and carrying a steel plate and used by disposing in the heat treatment furnace. CONSTITUTION:The roll for heat treatment furnace having thermal-sprayed film composed of Zr-based oxide containing 10-70%, based on the whole, of Zr-based silicate and the balance 5-20wt.% of one or more kinds of MgO, CaO and Y2O3 and excellent build-up resistance, peeling resistance and wear resistance is manufactured. Thus, at the time of disposing in the heat treatment furnace and annealing and carrying the steel plate, the roll excellent in peeling resistance, wear resistance and build-up resistance is obtd. |
