PURPOSE:To highly accurately measure color by a method wherein the angles of light projection and of light reception are especially made to be different from each other at the color measuring method in the interior of an extruder and its device. CONSTITUTION:The color measuring method in the interior of an extruder and its device concerned has an constitution, in which the accuracy of color measurement is improved by forming an angle between light projection and light reception under the state that a light projecting tip part 30 and a light receiving tip part 31 are respectively connected with the flat plane part 21a of a transparent body 21 and with its tapered part 21b.
