PURPOSE:To uniformly remove an armor from a wire in the method in which only the armor is removed from the wire with the armor by a laser beam and the inside core wire is exposed. CONSTITUTION:In the method for removing wire with the armor by irradiating the wire 1 with the armor with converged laser beam 4 to remove the armors one hand side of the wire 1 applied with the armor is removed directly with the irradiation of the converged laser beam 4, and the other hand side of the wire 1 is removed with the irradiation of the reflecting laser beam 5 that the converged laser beam 4 is reflected with a mirror film 10. Then, the constitution is that the spot point of the converged laser beam 4 which irradiates the wire 1 is adjusted so that the converged laser beam 4 irradiating the wire 1 and the reflecting laser beam 5 are made to the same power, and together the distance of the wire 1 and the mirror film 10 is adjusted. |
