PURPOSE:To provide an olefin-base thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in flexibility and capable of readily forming a sheet excellent in visual appearance and of taking the place of non-rigid PVD, etc., and to provided an industrial-component skin material composed of this composition, etc., and to provide a laminate composed of this skin material. CONSTITUTION:One of the inventions is a thermoplastic elastomer composition characteristically composed of (A) a thermoplastic elastomer I containing an oil-extended olefin-based copolymer rubber composed of an olefin-based copolymer rubber exhibiting 200 to 350 Mooney viscosity and partly cross-linked and (B) a thermoplastic elastomer II containing an olefin-based oil copolymer rubber composed of an olefin-based copolymer rubber exhibiting 120 to less than 200 Mooney viscosity and partly cross-linked. Another invention is an industrial-component skin material composed of this composition and also invention includes a laminate composed of this skin material.
