PURPOSE:To select the displacing direction and change the degree of correction by putting an inner rod in eccentricity only through rotating of an outer casing relative to the body of a displacing member. CONSTITUTION:A pressure water is poured into an inner rod 2. When the water intrudes into the center hole 40 of the body 30 of a displacing member and begins spouting out of an orifice 44, the water pressure rises to cause a rise of the water pressure in a cylinder chamber 37 which is in communication via a passage 41, and a piston 38 advances within a cylinder casing 36. By the tapered front face of this piston 38, the inclining end of a displacement lever 31 is heaved outward in the radial direction, and the outer side end of this lever 31 is allowed to contact the inside surface of an outer easing 1 with a sufficient pressure. The casing 1 is rotationally displaced by a pipe wrench mechanism till the proper rotational position. The displacement lever 31 is rotationally displaced in a single piece with the casing 1, and a pin 31a to support the lever and the casing 36 are displaced rotationally. The body 30 is displaced relative to the casing 1 through bearings 34, 35, and the casing 1 is secured by a pipe clamp. As a result, the direction of the inner rod 2 is fixed. |
