A ski transport apparatus for making it possible to carry one or more sets of skis (12) on a person's back, comprising a base member (1) arranged to be carried on a person's back and having one or more pairs of ski holding means in the form of ski holding brackets (2, 3) arranged to engage available mounting means, like heel and toe binding parts of the skis, thereby securing the skis to the said ski transport apparatus, and a top ski holding bracket (2) of which is fixed to the base member (1), whereas the bottom ski holding bracket (3) is arranged slidable in a slot (7) in the longitudinal direction of the base member (1), engaged by a spring, like a rubber spring (9), biassing said bottom bracket (3) in a direction opposing the fixed top bracket (2). |
