<p>PURPOSE: To provide a simple and compact chip card reader removing especially static electricity. CONSTITUTION: Elastic brushes 4a and 4b are in cooperation with tilted surfaces 13a and 13b so as to maintain a card 7 always parallel with the bottom part 1 of a card reader while inserting the card into a reading space 12. The free tip parts of the brushes 4a and 4b come within a face more separated from the bottom part 1 compared with a face on which the free tip parts of read brushes 3a and 3b. This simple and compact removes static electricity generated by friction between the card 7 and the card reader.</p> |
