PURPOSE:To enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency by suppressing Joule heat and optical loss. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric converter 100 comprises a pn junction of a p-type semiconductor substrate 10 and an n-type semiconductor layer 20, and a main electrode 2 and a plurality of subelectrodes 1 arranged on the surface of the n-type semiconductor layer 20. The subelectrode 1 is thinnest at a part remotest from the main electrode 1 and becomes thicker toward the main electrode 1. |
