PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet roll free from warp, by directly squeezing resin magnet material heated and kneaded in an extruder into a hollow cylindrical tube body made of a resin film, with pressure of the extruder, and curing the material while regulating the section of the material so as to be an almost perfect circle. CONSTITUTION:A tube body F made of a resin film in the state of contraction is attached at the nozzle N tip of an extruder. From the nozzle outlet to which an orientation magnetic field is applied by an orientation yoke Y, resin magnet material is pushed out, and the tube body F is filled with the resin magnet material with pressure while streching the tube body F. After the resin magnet material squeezed with pressure is cooled, a columnar body 1 coated with a resin film is separated from the nozzle N. Shaft parts 2, 2 are fixed to both of the ends of a columnar body 1a obtained by cutting both ends of the columnar body 1 after separation. Thereby a magnet roll free from distortion in the sectional form and from warp can be manufactured at a low cost. |
