PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic motor capable of simplifying a wiring connection of an ultrasonic vibrator and installing the wiring connection in a small space. CONSTITUTION:In an ultrasonic motor 1 comprising an ultrasonic vibrator 2 including first and second piezoelectric elements 8 and 9 installed with the elements stacked in the thickness direction and a rotor 3 installed on one end surface of the vibrator 2, flexible printed boards 11, 12 and 13 and used as an electrode member for applying a sine-wave voltage to the piezoelectric elements 8 and 9. The printed board 11, 12 and 13 comprise a voltage applied part having the same shape as the piezoelectric elements 8 and 9, and connecting parts 11a, 12a and 13a protruded from the voltage applied part, and are formed so as to save the space by bending the connecting parts along the circumferential surface of the ultrasonic motor 1. |
