PURPOSE:To surely prevent the destruction of data or the reception of erroneous data on a reception processor side from occurring by performing the readout of transfer data started being temporarily accumulated by a reception side processor after the normalcy of a transmission side processor is confirmed. CONSTITUTION:Signal lines for normal operation confirmation signals 109, 110 sent from the normal operation monitoring circuits 3, 4 of the transmission and reception side processors to an accumulation circuit 5 are provided. The normal operation monitoring circuit 3 outputs the normal operation confirmation signal 109 to the accumulation circuit 5 when the normalcy of the transmission side processor 1 is confirmed. The accumulation circuit 5 confirms the output of the transfer data from the processor 1 being operated normally by receiving the normal operation confirmation signal 109, and permits the readout of the data transferred from the transmission side processor 1 before the normal operation confirmation signal is inputted. The reception side processor 2 makes access the accumulation circuit 5 to receive the transfer data, and reads out the transfer data for which the readout is permitted by the normal operation confirmation signal 109. |
