PURPOSE: To obtain a liquid supply controller for humidifier. CONSTITUTION: A liquid supply unit 1 has a chamber provided with an inlet 4 for supplying liquid, e.g. water, wherein the chamber is provided with a flow detector 18 for detecting a liquid entering into the chamber and a level detector disposed closely to the base of the chamber in a constricted part thereof. The detector indicates the current velocity of the liquid flowing out of the chamber, in conjunction with a working orifice 58 at the outlet of the chamber. Liquid supply control is performed, by means of a magnetically excited valve member. |
