<p>The invention concerns a device for mounting on those surf and wind surfing boards fitted with an oscillating stern, whether flexible or made separately from the rest of the surf board, it is fixed by a suitable groove and with screws to the hull. The device is installed to connect the hull to the oscillating stern and is designed so that the stern is free to oscillate when any pressure is applied by the surfer while the fin, which is fixed to this device maintains its rigidity in order to perform its steering function best.
