PURPOSE:To manufacture further efficiently a can body blank whose both faces are covered with polyester film excepting a metal exposure section for welding at both edges by adhering printed biaxially oriented polyester film to a continuous material which can be divided into a plurality of sheets at every width of a single can body blank. CONSTITUTION:A continuous can body blank material 1 pulled out from a can body blank material coil 15a or 15b is led by a feed roller 18 through a fasten roll 17 and supplied to a convey passage 2 by the feed roller 18. The continuous can body blank material 1 is pinched at its top and bottom by the feed roller 18 so as to be led to the convey passage 2 and moved along the convey passage 2. The can body blank material 1, after preheated by the feed roller 18 which also serves as an induction heating jacket roll, is conveyed to a high frequency heating device 21.
