PURPOSE: To provide a window assembly which can be loaded on a present or new regulator assembly and with which it takes trouble for loading, CONSTITUTION: An assembly 10 is provided with at least one regulator mechanism M and fitting members 14 and 16 which are directly molded to one peripheral edge of a transparent sheet with polyurethane that is preferably reaction- injection-molded with a resin material. An attachment member has a C-shaped channel having an elongated slot opening to one side or an elongated opening extending through the attachment member. The openings or the channels of the respective attachment members are suitable for holding a roller or a sliding mechanism connected to a regulator mechanism.
