New cycloalkylalkylamines, which are ligands for sigma receptors, of formula (I) in which, R1 is H or lower alkyl; X and Y are H, OH, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen or nitrile; V1 and V2 together form a double bond bonded to an oxygen or to a hydroxyimino radical or are bonded in an ethylenedioxy chain; A is a valency bond, an oxygen, or a methylene or ethylene group; m is 0, 1 or 2, and n varies from 1 to 5.
