PURPOSE:To prevent or reduce an occurrence of a black line caused by an ink bleeding out of a band end formed by scanning by a method wherein when an area is recorded with the scanning of a recording head, a part of an adjacent area is also recorded. CONSTITUTION:The first pixel of a band (N+1) is recorded with ink delivered from the 259th deliverly port in a previous scanning for mainly forming a band (N) and the 3rd delivery port in a present scanning for forming the band (N+1). The second pixel is similarly recorded with ink delivered from the 260th delivery port in the previous scanning and the 4th delivery port in the present scanning. The 3rd to 254th pixels of the band (N+1) are respectively recorded with ink delivered from the 5th to 256th delivery ports in the present scanning. |
