PURPOSE:To provide the animal hair sharply tapered in one end of each fiber with shade-speckled appearance, giving appearance similar to that of natural mongoose when used in a fabric or bundle form with plural fibers assembled. CONSTITUTION:The objective artificial animal hair fibers consisting of synthetic fibers are such that each of the fibers contains >=1wt.% of an inorganic matter such as titanium dioxide or calcium carbonate and sharply tapered in one end thereof, and in the non-tapered portion, deeply dyed parts and non-dyed parts are speckledly distributed, while the non-tapered portion is palely dyed compared with the deeply dyed parts. |
