When the energization of an armature coil is interrupted, capacitor (16a-16c) connected to a reverse current-preventing diode (17a-17c) is electrified by magnetic energy stored in the armature coil to rapidly reduce the magnetic energy, and when the energization of an armature coil is started, the armature current is rapidly raised by the voltage charged in the capacitor.
