PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out feeding a bag and filling it by a method wherein, in the step of intermittently rotating a bag fed from a bag-storing device together with a table, a piece of pouring mouth with a cap is attached by fusion to, for example the mouth of the bag and the bag is filled by opening its mouth. CONSTITUTION:In a filling apparatus for a bag fitted with a pouring mouth with a cap, in the step I, a bag in the original state 1' on a pile of bags in a bag-storing device is picked up by suction cups 3 of a bag-feeding device A and transferred to chucks 2 of a bag-holding device B on the side of a table T. In the step II, the bag is cut at a part at its opening by a cutter 7. In the step III, a piece 5 of pouring mouth with a cap fed from a pouring mouth piece-feeding means 10 is inserted into the bag 1 at the cut part and temporarily fastened. In the step IV, the piece 5 of pouring mouth is attached to the bag 1 completely by fusion by a fusion-attaching device 11. In the step V, after opening the mouth of the bag 1 by suction cups 4, a filling device E fills the bag 1 with a liquid product. By subsequently sealing the mouth of the bag 1 the packing is completed and the bag 1 is delivered as one fitted with a pouring mouth. |
