METHOD FOR HIGHLY PURIFYING HUMAN BLOOD SERUM ALBUMIN

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly purified human blood serum albumin by treating the human blood serum albumin expressible by the genetic manipulation according to Cu-chelate chromatography. CONSTITUTION:A human blood serum albumin-expressible by the genetic manipulation is adsorbed in a chelate resin column in which Cu ions are bound. The adsorbed blood serum albumin is then separated and eluted with a buffer solution at pH5-7 containing ammonium chloride as an antagonistic agent.
