PURPOSE:To provide a fiber-reinforced concrete having excellent toughness and flexural strength. CONSTITUTION:This concrete reinforced with steel fibers including carbon fibers comprises the matrix having more than 0.01kgf/cm of the critical energy release (GIIc) in the interface area and more than 10.0kgf/cm<2> friction stress (tauf) on the peeling interface by the code drawing test at an age of 28 days of the material.
