PURPOSE:To take up an endless chain or a wire without moving individually a driving wheel and a motor by changing a driving casing position by means of an adjusting bolt after a driving casing adjusting pipe and a fitting pipe are fitted and inserted sidably freely. CONSTITUTION:Length adjusting pipes 11A and 11B fixed to a driving casing 11 and fitting pipes 13A and 13B are fitted slidably to each other so as to become double pipes, and the pipes 13A and 13B are fixed integrally to each other by means of a consecutively arranged piece 15, and a hole fitting to an adjusting bolt 14 is bored and formed in the center of a vertically arranged piece 16 between the mutual tips. when a fastening degree of an endless chain is adjusted, if a nut of a screw hole part 17 is rotated inversely, overlapping parts between the pipes 11A and 11B and the pipes 13A and 13B can be shortened and the casing 11 can be separated from a pipeline body 12, so that the endless chain can be fastened tightly. When the nut of the screw hole part 17 is rotated forward, the fastening degree of the chain can be loosened to the contrary.
