PURPOSE:To efficiently attain the program rewriting work of a portable communication equipment controlled by an incorporated CPU, and to prevent a device from being easily revised due to a practical joke because the program rewriting operation is too simple. CONSTITUTION:An operating program 5 is stored in a storage element 11 enabling storage, reading and writing without a power source, the operating program for rewriting is read from an outside device by an interface 12 and a connector 13, and the rewriting of the program is operated by an electric signal. And also, the rewriting operation is operated by an initial program 16 stored in an ROM 15. Moreover, the rewriting of the program is not operated unless a personal password number 19 stored in the initial program 16 is inputted from the outside device. |
