<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate printing a changed history on a substrate, and to integrally perform the confirming processing of the many substrates through an interface by storing the identification number and changed history information of the substrate in a memory provided at each substrate. CONSTITUTION:The designation, manufacture number, and version number of the substrate being the identification number are stored in an EEPROM 5 of a substrate 1. Even when a power source is disconnected, the content is held. The information is transmitted through an interface circuit 4 to a bus 3, and transmitted through a connecting terminal 2 so as to be used for an information exchange with the other substrate. At the time of exchanging the identification number through the connecting terminal 2 with an outside, a switch 6 is controlled, and the interface circuit 4 is turned active. Thus, it is not necessary to print the changed history on the substrate, and the confirming processing of the many substrates can be integrally operated through the interface.</p> |
