PURPOSE: To prevent a parasitic effect in an integrated circuit having a unit controlling the load of induction characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The integrated circuit has a unit controlling the load of the induction characteristic and the unit is provided with a first output transistor 1 having a first control electrode and a first main current path, a second output transistor 2 having a second control electrode and a second main current path, a control stage CC which is connected to the control electrodes and controls the output transistors and an output terminal 9 which are connected between the main current paths and connects the load. Since transition voltage appearing in the output terminal 9 is restricted by interrupting current flowing in the load, the control stage CC is connected to the output terminal 9 and first transition voltage in the output terminal 9 is detected. The second transistor 2 is turned on in response to the first transition voltage and second transition voltage in the output terminal which is inverse to first transition voltage is detected. Then, the second transistor 2 is turned off is response to second transition voltage. |
