PURPOSE:To speedily and securely perform precise inspection with the responsibility on a reception side as for operation using a facsimile character recognition system. CONSTITUTION:On the reception side, information 11 for the precise inspection is generated and on a transmission side, similar information 20 for precise inspection is also generated. Then the precise inspection information 20 generated on the transmission side is sent to the reception side through a facsimile line 10. On the reception side, its contents are recognized and automatically collated with the precise inspection information 11 generated on the reception side. When they coincide with each other, a completion report 23 is sent to the transmission side. If there is an error, an operator examines the contents and performs a specific process. |
