PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent solid phase assay system for solidifying a polymer, e.g. nucleic acid or protein, into a solid phase from a chromatograph substrate, having a fixed matrix on the surface thereof by employing a fixed matrix having high adsorption capacity and good preservation properties for solidifying a polymer more efficiently as the solid phase. CONSTITUTION: A cation charge modified microporous nylon film, i.e., a hydrophilic microporous nylon film having pores over the entire film, and the surface of the pore modified with a cation charge modifier is employed as a fixed matrix. |
