PURPOSE:To improve heat radiation efficiency by setting the heat conductivity of the resinous mounting member connected to the inside periphery of a pipe and that of the resinous supporting member connected to the inside of a holder to a value not less than the heat conductivity of silicon resin, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The torque of a rotor 12 is transmitted to a pipe 30 by interposing a resinous mounting member 34 with heat conductivity not less than that of silicon resin between a rotor 12 and a pipe 30. Since this resinous mounting member 34 is higher in heat conductivity than general resin, the heat that an ultrasonic motor A1 generates is conducted efficiently to the pipe 30, and is radiated to outside. Moreover, the ultrasonic motor A1 is supported by a holder 31 by attaching the flange 24 of a stator to the holder 31 with a resinous supporting member 33 higher in heat conductivity than silicon resin, and also the heat generated by the ultrasonic motor A1 is radiated to outside efficiently through the supporting member 33. Hereby, the heat generated by the ultrasonic motor A1 can be radiated efficiently. |
