CONSTITUTION:Document data are prepared as examples and those example data are displayed on an example list screen 70 while holding identification names and key words showing the contents. Once the identification name of example data to be edited is specified, the example data having the identification name are read out to a layout editing screen 80 and a document is created or edited. Consequently, target example data among the prepared example data can be called by specifying its key word, so even a beginner who is unfamiliar with document layout operation can easily do the operation. |
