PURPOSE:To automatically correct the time at the time of interruption by a timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:An automatic time correction mode is stored and set in a time correction information memory 6. A correction time point deciding means decides whether or not the frequency of interruption from the timer circuit 1 reaches a value corresponding to timer interval information for automatic time correction previously set and stored in the time correction information memory 6. When the decision is made, a time correcting process means calculates a correction time according to the time interval information for automatic correction stored in the time correction information memory 6 and error information on time intervals at which the timer circuit 1 initiates interruption. Further, the time data stored in a time memory 4 is corrected according to the correction time calculated by the time correcting process means to calculate current time data, which are stored in the time memory 4 to update its memory. Therefore, the time data in the timer memory 4 can automatically be corrected when the interruption is initiated at every constant time interval. |
