A blind for fitting under the glass roofs of verandahs consists of two or more individual blinds (8) and framework of crosspieces (6) and rafters (2). The material (10) of each blind is fixed to a drawdown bar (12) running between guides (14) and attached to an operating pulley (30) and return pulley (32), operated by endless chains (34). The drawdown bars are attached by rigid flat (20) and channel section (28) couplers under the rafters. The individual blinds are joined by a flat blade extending from one end to the other of the drawdown bar unit. USE/ADVANTAGES - Improved design with sun blinds inside structure less likely to deteriorate.
